Why it happens, why we have different tolerance levels & how it gets stored in the body.

Week 2: 27th January

We all know it’s not as easy as ‘blocking out your diary’ and ‘saying no’. The pressure and people we work with means that it’s not always possible.

We’ll talk about exactly why burnout is so high in product & tried and tested techniques to overcome this.

You’ll leave with a clear, sustainable, action plan that works in your environment.

Week 3: 3rd February

One of the biggest things that truly holds us back from being able to make change are our own subconscious beliefs.

We’ll uncover the ones that keep drawing you back to the same patterns and create strategies for you to break away from these & create new believes that will serve you going forwards so you don’t keep getting pulled back into burnout.
